BrainWith]OUT[Borders

The Portuguese Society for Stem Cells and Cell Therapy (SPCE-TC) is proud to announce the BrainWith]OUT[Borders Symposium to be held from November 18-19, 2016 in Coimbra. The BrainWith]OUT[Borders Symposium is a partnership between the SPCE-TC, the Portuguese Society for Neurosciences (SPN) and the Portuguese Society for Developmental Biology (SPBD).

Three (3) fellowships will be available to MSc, PhD students or Post-Docs to present a poster or a talk.

The fellowship award will cover the conference registration fee (60€ in case of a Student / 130€ in case of a Post-Doc). Please NOTE that applicants should be members of the SPBD with at least 2-years paid fees (these can be 2016 and 2017 in case you are not a member yet).

Conference fee includes: conference bag + materials, coffee-breaks, dinner (18th November), lunch and a cocktail (19th November).

Fellowship application deadline: 28th October

11th Meeting Spanish Society for Developmental Biology

The Spanish Society for Developmental Biology (SEBD) held the XI meeting of the Society from October 19-21, 2016 in Girona. The XI Meeting was in association with the Portuguese Society for Developmental Biology (SPBD) and with the participation of the Spanish Society of Cell Biology (SEBC).

2015 SPBD Meeting

The 2015 SPBD Meeting was held in association with SEBD and BSDB at Alfamar Beach & Sport Resort, Algarve, Portugal on 7 - 10 October 2015.

HEART WITH]OUT[ BORDERS

The international conference “HEART WITH]OUT[ BORDERS– cardiovascular development, disease & repair”, was held in Porto on 28-29^th November 2014.

The “HEART WITH/OUT BORDERS meeting brought together members of three independent scientific societies, i.e. the Society of Cardiology (SPC), the Society for Developmental Biology (SPBD) and the Society for Stem Cells and Cell Therapies (SPCE-TC)!
